The Equipping Ministry provides training designed to stimulate spiritual growth and enable people to use their spiritual gifts and abilities to function as a part of the Body of Christ. It provides classroom teaching and seminars which include both biblical foundations and practical ministry training.
This ministry does not exist in isolation, but complements other ministries of the church. It is a resource to the fellowships and other ministry departments to equip co-workers and to support the Bible study and other teaching ministries.
